What if my TOEFL or IELTS score is below the required minimum score?
If your English score is below the required level, or if you have not yet taken an English test, you are still welcome to apply for admission. If the faculty would like to admit you, it will be ‘on condition’ that you submit a sufficient English test result. The deadline for submitting your sufficient test result will be before the official start date of the study programme, or if applicable, before the student visa/residence permit application deadline.
If you are unable to submit a sufficient score before the deadlines mentioned above you will unfortunately not be permitted to start your study programme.
Applicants for English-taught (Advanced) LLM programmes who have a slightly too low English score may be offered admission to a Presessional English Course for law students. Please note that places are limited and admission is at the discretion of the faculty. Refer to the admission requirements for our English-taught (Advanced) LLM programmes for more details.
