What happens if I decline my offer of housing from the university?

Due to the limited availability of accommodation, you will generally only receive one offer of housing. If you have a valid reason for turning down the offer, we will do our best to send you a second offer, after all other students have accepted/declined their first offer.

By valid reason is meant that the accommodation offered differs substantially from your stated housing preferences. If you do not have a valid reason, or if you turn down a second offer, unfortunately no further offers can be made.

Be aware that it is very difficult to find a room that meets all your housing preferences, therefore a degree of flexibility is advised.
