How can I access the student website if I get an ‘Access Denied’ or ‘uAccess Logged Out’ message?

If you get an ‘Access Denied’ message you can resolve this problem by clearing the cache and cookies on your browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.). See links below for assistance. Another alternative is to try opening the student website in a different browser.

If you get an ‘uAccess Logged Out’ message you should close all browser windows, then re-open the student website. The problem should now be resolved.
