I’ve lost my (ULCN) password. How can I get a new one?
Please contact a helpdesk or request a new password online via the ISSC Helpdesk. You will receive a new password in one of the following ways:
- By mail to your registered address. A letter with your account details can only be sent to your registered address. It is not possible to send this kind of letter to another address.
- By SMS on your registered mobile number. An SMS containing account details can only be sent to a registered mobile number. It is not possible to send this kind of SMS to another number. In order to make use of this service, you first have to register in uPrefs.
- Personally at a helpdesk (with the exception of the ISSC Central Helpdesk). Once your ID has been checked, you will be issued a letter with your account details.
Passwords cannot be sent by e-mail or divulged over the telephone. We advise you to register your mobile number in uPrefs.
