How and when can I get a provisional/conditional acceptance letter for my scholarship application?

The Admissions Office cannot issue a (provisional) statement of acceptance. A (conditional) acceptance letter can only be issued after we have received your complete application for admission and approval has been granted by the faculty in charge. You can submit your application for admission via our online application system.

Please note that deadlines may vary per scholarship. The deadlines can be found on our scholarship website.

In general it takes about 6 weeks before a decision is made on your application for admission, depending on the completeness of your application. So we would advise you to bear this in mind and submit your complete application as early as possible. Please also mention clearly your scholarship name and deadline in your application and the Admissions Office will do its best to help you meet your scholarship deadline.
